The course introduces you to the concept of modernism and interior design. The course presents a brief overview of Graphic Design and Fashion Design and Urban Design. Art Deco and Art Nouveau are discussed in detail in this course.


Introduction to Painting will focus on the basics of painting: materials, techniques, craft, and mediums. The subject matter will include still life, landscape, figure, media experimentation, and exploration of individual creative expression.


This course explores visual literacy, aesthetics, design principles, creativity, critical evaluation and ethics as they relate to the use of visual images and information in society. You will be able to examine the basis of visual literacy and impact of the visual media in order to enhance creativity for visual and persuasive communication.


This course is an introduction to Digital Imaging aesthetics and techniques. You will be able to use imaging software to create digital paintings, graphics and montages. The course is designed to show you how to use computer and photo editing software to capture, edit, manipulate and produce top quality digital photography images.


This course introduces you to artistic practice in three dimensions using a variety of materials and approaches. Problems will require you to address materials in terms of cultural and historical context. This course assumes no prior knowledge of sculpture.


This course examines the theory of design and the design process. You will be required to apply your skills in pattern drafting, draping and construction to the execution of their original designs.


The course is an introductory study of the theory, history, principles and practice of architecture. It includes the roles and responsibilities of the design professions, including interior design, landscape architecture, urban planning and engineering and how they relate to each other.


The course presents an overview of interior design, home decoration and Art Nouveau. This course also presents the philosophy and elements of interior design. How interior designing is applied on various materials is discussed in detail in this course.

This course provides you with information about dynamic and up-to-date learning tools. The course reflects CAD/CAM trends and the latest ANSI standards, manufacturing processes, dimensioning, tolerance, and threads and fasteners.


This course combines coverage of both mechanical and electrical drafting. It combines coverage of both basic mechanical/manual drafting techniques and electrical drafting techniques. It introduces AutoCAD Release 13 commands, both DOS and Windows, in the electrical/electronic portion of the course.


This comprehensive course is a consistent, clear, and orderly presentation of best engineering design methods and practices. Topics are presented in a timely and orderly fashion; each new topic progressively builds on concepts and terminology introduced in earlier sections.


This course presents a wide range of basic graphic tools and techniques designers use to communicate architectural ideas. This course provides expanded and updated coverage of drawing materials, multiview drawings, paraline drawings, and perspective drawings.


Written out of the need to develop comprehensive approaches to teaching engineering drawing and modeling concepts with VersaCAD software, this course describes how to make applied use of the software for engineering CAD applications.


This course covers the principles of engineering graphics in industry. Two-color illustrations with step-by-step explanations enabling you to progress easily through the learning program. An introduction to AutoCAD 2005® allows you to understand this important software tool.
