This course explores the cultural purposes, visual elements of arts and the methodologies of art history. The course presents an overview of drawing, printing, painting and still photography. History of Arts in various continents is discussed in this course.


This course introduces you to the concept of Digital Printing, Photography and 3D Printing. The course explores how 3D models are visualized and history and future of Virtual World. Digital Video, audio and cinematography is discussed in detail in this course.


This course provides a brief overview of Interior design. The course explores the concept of post modern architecture, history of home decoration and day-lighting strategies. Green housing which is an essential element in the house building process is discussed in detailed in this course.


Visual communication in contemporary media typically combines a range of resources - written, visual, aural, and spatial. You will be able to develop a set of techniques and frameworks to analyse these complex texts, and to explore how they create meanings.


A hands-on introduction to the technical & creative uses of digital photography. The course will explore the use of digital technologies to compose, shoot, scan, alter, & print images, as well as considering the ways in which photographic meaning has been changed by the use of the computer.

The course presents an introduction to basic materials and methods of building construction. Emphasis is on wood, concrete, unit masonry, and light steel construction. It is designed primarily as the initial materials and methods course for you.


The course introduces you to 2-D and 3-D communication and presentation techniques, as used in architecture. It includes orthographic, paraline, perspective and freehand drawing techniques and procedures. The course covers basic model building and the use of drawing as a problem abstraction and diagramming technique.


The course presents development of perceptual skills and standard graphic language used by designers as a means to design exploration and communication. It is the study of architectural sketching and basic rendering techniques.


This course introduces you to the complexity of forces that interact to shape the designed environment. The course exposes you to the theory and practice of environmental design, and to the important issues that guide the work of architects, landscape architects, urban designers, and urban planners.


The course ''Special Topics in Architecture'' allows specialized or in-depth study of a subject supplementing architecture. Topics deal with major problems and current issues in architectural design.
